I’ve felt the subtle waves of the invisible my whole life, however, understanding and tuning into this connection in a clear way took YEARS. My journey has had so many ups and downs; the level of disconnection I’ve experienced in the past with others, but mostly to myself, led me down a path that took me far from who I was always meant to be. I understand what it is to live life behind a mask, to feel as though you’ve lost your true Self, your voice, a true and deeper connection to the joy & meaning that is our birthright. A very abrupt Spiritual awakening guided me down a path back to Self, which is also to say, back to Spirit. I began to have many intense experiences, expansion of gifts and very rapid transformations, but along with that also came many upheavals and dark nights of the Soul (leaving a stable career, a relationship, a city I called home to name a few!) Through it all, I have learned first-hand what it means to practice surrender, to trust in Life and walk the path that is meant to be uniquely mine.
